As part of a exceptional team who collaboratively started up a brand new service unit within our group, she has proven that she has the skills and energy to build something concrete and successful out of nothing more than an idea. Kimberly's strong communication and project management skills made her an excellent fit for the documentation and marketing groups building out all the FAQs, training, and process definitions, as well as both support and marketing scripts that allowed the service unit to thrive.
